Terms of Service.

1) The prices are given without shipping price.
You can see shipping prices here. Shipping prices for South & North America, Europe and the rest of the world are different.

2) We sale products in wholesale only. We charge $5 fee to orders less than $10 value. We give a discount of 5% if the price of order is more than $100, we give a discount of 8% if price of order is more than $300, we give a discount of 20% if price of order is more than $1000. If you are going to make bulk order for few thousands of $$ or more, contact us for special prices and transportation solutions or visit our website www.crafts.ec and dowload catalog of products in PDF.

3) We work on prepaid basic. We accept paypal, western union, moneygram, wire transfers, checks for USA, escrow payments. Contact us if you prefer any other payment option.

4) For small and medium size orders we send items in 1-2 working days since we receive cleared payment. We notify our customers about every step that we do.

5) Given photos of items are not "unique". We have wide range of goods, contact us if you want something different, like different color, ornament, etc

6) You are free to do anything with the purchased items (for instance, you can use them or resell).

7) We are not responsable for possible delays that may happens with mail. We send all items with certified post (for USA available online tracking with USPS, for Canada, Spain, Australia and some other countries online tracking available as well), it means item cant be lost. Since 95% of orders are arriving within 15 days to USA and within 20-25 days to other countries, there is part of orders that is delayed by post. If you are not seeing your order within 1 month since payment date, please contact us and we will make complain on post. Date-limit of orders is 55 days since payment date. If you are not receiving your order within 55 days or if we receive it back by post before this date, we offer free resend of your order or full money refund. If you need order received fast (within 5-7 business days to USA and within 10-15 days worldwide) please choose EMS as shipping method.
